I lived on the east coast of Scotland for some years and this painting is a recollection of the elements of nature which impacted me greatly. I capture the grey light and the bracing winter wind that belts across the North Sea. Partnering with the warm tones here, I’m remembering the cosiness indoors, warm lights in big windows, friendly faces and happy times.
This piece comes framed in a deep-edged natural wood floating frame. It is UV varnished for protection and comes ready to hang.
